Led planning and field execution of the Corrections Information Management System (CIMS) rollout across more than 100 custodial facilities, 37 state commands and 8 zonal offices, covering local area network deployment, wireless network deployment, cloud infrastructure, endpoint device deployment (computers, tablets and mobile devices), biometric systems, and the CIMS case management software itself.

Deployed and configured endpoint devices including desktops, laptops and tablets, connected them to the network, and set up remote monitoring for ongoing system health checks.

Drove user adoption of the new digital system among custodial officers, engaging staff directly to build buy in for the shift from manual to digital processes and prevent vandalism or abandonment of new equipment. This change management effort was a key factor in the successful, sustained adoption of CIMS.

Conceived and secured funding approval for a centralised NCoS ICT Hub; construction is underway. The facility is designed to house an inmate data analysis lab, a library, a JAMB and professional examination centre, and community facing services for the surrounding area.

Led the post incident data recovery and system restoration team following custodial centre security breaches, including at Suleja and Kuje, recovering and consolidating inmate records data.

Designed and deployed LAN/WAN infrastructure, configured Windows Server 2019 environments, Active Directory and Group Policy, and administered migration to the government's official email platform.

Achieved a 60 percent reduction in recurring computer system breakdowns and resolved persistent HQ internet downtime.
